Step One

First, we work together to paint a picture of your past; using a combination of one-on-one sessions and targeted exercises chosen just for you, I will help you connect the dots towards your unconscious beliefs and attitudes about money that have been driving your money decisions.

For couples, the process is similar, but also takes into account the tension that can arise between spouses and money. My couples exercises are designed to bring understanding and clarity and help move the conversation forward in a positive direction.

Step Two

We work together to overcome barriers and create a an effective spending plan that you can actually *stick to*. We re-arrange your financial obstsacles so there is peace and harmony in the household.

Step Three

By addressing the past and present, you will have the foundational elements in place to be able to execute the future oriented elements of your plan. Thus, in the final stages we will look at your goals – what is important to you in the short, medium and long term? Will you be okay in retirement? What do you want for your children? What is your fall-back position for when life goes sideways? Your finalized package will address all of these, and provide you with a clear actionable path moving forward.
